1. Domestic & International Shipping
Kahhal 1871 offers shipping both within Egypt and internationally. Every order is handled with care to ensure your rug arrives in perfect condition.

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of each product.

  • Once your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you directly to confirm the shipping cost and timeline.
  • For international orders, any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated to ship within 5–7 business days.
  • International Orders: Typically ship within 7–10 business days, subject to customs clearance.

RETURN POLICY

Made-to-Order & Custom Rugs

Because these pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, custom and made-to-order rugs are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If your rug arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will promptly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

In-Stock Rugs (Ready-to-Ship)

If you are not completely satisfied with an in-stock rug, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions:

  • The rug must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
