Fenaya Hotel is a boutique hospitality project where every detail was intentionally designed, curated, and crafted. Kahhal 1871 was commissioned to manufacture all carpets for the hotel, developing a fully custom collection in close collaboration with Kanjo Design House. From guest rooms to common areas and shared spaces, every carpet was made specifically for Fenaya, responding to the architectural language, material palette, and atmosphere envisioned for the hotel.

The project demanded an extensive level of customization, particularly in color development. Each space required its own tonal identity, resulting in a wide range of bespoke hues carefully matched to finishes, lighting, and furniture. Working closely with the designers, we translated these requirements into hand-crafted carpets that balance texture, depth, and durability, while maintaining a refined boutique sensibility. The result is a cohesive yet layered carpet story that moves seamlessly throughout the hotel, enhancing both the guest experience and the overall spatial narrative.
